This maximizing the use of resources and overseeing all contractual aspects of projects.

Project Monitoring & Control

Thabat’s Project Monitoring & Control Unit works to ensure that the highest professional standards are maintained at all times and in all projects. The Unit manages the risk exposure, and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor project profitability, efficiency and scheduling requirements.

Operations & Procurement

The Operations & Procurement Division oversees the sourcing and timely delivery of construction materials to facilitate project success. The Division guarantees that all materials procured are of the highest standards, are suitable for the job, environmentally friendly and cost effective.
